Worms Head and The Locality
The Gower Peninsula is on the south coast of Wales. It was the first area in the United Kingdom to be designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in 1956. Situated in South Wales, about 70 square miles in area, Gower is known for its coastline. It is popular with walkers, outdoor enthusiasts and holidaymakers alike.
As the Rhossili Coastwatch our primary function is to maintain a Lookout over Worms Head to ensure a safe experience for all visitors to Rhossili and the Worm. We also trust that everyone enjoys their visit and takes away a lasting impression of its beauty.
This section of the site is to enhance the experience and in time we trust will become a point of interest and reference.
