1941 - The Pansy was a fishing boat that sprang a leak off Lundy Island. The two
men on board were taken off safely but the boat, empty and with its nets hanging
over the side, was carried across channel to Kitchen Corner. A coastguard
operation ensued and it wasn't until sometime later that it became clear that the
men were safe. (Ref. 015)
